Club for troubled teens opens in Vitebsk

The Contact youth club run by the police department of Oktyabrsky District of Vitebsk opened on 1 February. The new club is meant for troubled teenagers. The juvenile delinquency prevention officers will teach teenagers workout routines, shooting and tell them about the work of law enforcement. Print version
