Governor inspects Vitebsk facilities ahead of Belarus-Russia regional forum
On 18 May, Chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Aleksandr Subbotin inspected the facilities of Vitebsk in the run-up to the 11th Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia on 27-28 June.
