Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: 323 facilities are proposed for demolition and dismantling in the region in 2023

This year, 323 properties are subject to demolition in the Vitebsk region. Many of them were repeatedly put up for sale but could not find a buyer.

If there are interested parties wishing to acquire a property for the purpose of utilizing the materials obtained during demolition, the property can be put up for auction for a base rate.

This possibility is provided for by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 169 of May 10, 2019.

Interested persons can contact the communal property department of the Vitebskoblimushchestvo committee (+375-212-65-35-93) and the relevant city/district executive committee.

The property can be offered for sale with or without the provision of a land plot.

Land plots after the demolition of properties are subject to reclamation and return to the state.
