Executive Power

The regional executive committee is the executive and administrative body in the Vitebsk region and exercises its powers in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus
the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 No. 108-Z "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus" and other legislative acts.

The higher authority is the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
