Alexander Lukashenko has approved the dates for the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" festival in 2026
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree on holding the XXXV International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" from July 16 to 19, 2026. This was reported by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

Taking into account the established practice of state support for the festival, separate benefits and preferences are provided for organizers and participants.
From July 4 to July 31, a visa-free regime for entry into Belarus is established for participants and guests of the festival from 71 states.
The pass for visa-free crossing of the state border for foreign citizens will be an original or electronic ticket for the festival events held in the Summer Amphitheater or the "Vitebsk" Concert Hall. At the same time, one original or electronic ticket allows for a single entry into Belarus by one foreign citizen no later than the date of the event specified in the ticket.
In addition, the decree of the head of state updated the composition of the organizing committee for holding the XXXV International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk".
