Aleksandr Subbotin familiarized himself with the progress of the reconstruction of the "Vitebsk" hotel, the "Vitebsk" concert hall, and Victory Square.
The readiness of the facilities is assessed as high. The concert hall will be one of the first to be commissioned. The hotel renovation is in its final stages. And at Victory Square, two out of three parts of the fountain are already being completed. The lighting masts will become real art objects. They will be "wrapped" in structures with national symbols, which will be illuminated in the evening. Vitebsk will host the XI Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia in all its glory.
