Alexander Subbotin holds a direct telephone line with residents of the Vitebsk region

During the previous direct line, the Chairman of the regional executive committee issued 35 instructions. All of them have been completed. The reorganization of KUPP "Vitebchanka", the creation of pedestrian connections in the area of residential building 25 on 33 Army Street in Vitebsk, and the reconstruction of utility networks on Orekhovskaya Street in Vitebsk remain under control.

The topics remain the same – housing and communal services and everyday issues concern people the most. Residents of the regional center prevail among the applicants – 52 percent of all applicants for 2025.

For 11 months of 2025, 2748 appeals were received by the regional executive committee.

The first calls have been received. Residents of the regional center, Novopolotsk, and Tolochinsky district are appealing to the head of the region regarding the improvement of streets, roads, and water quality.
