The most emotional call was from the village of Boroviki, Sennensky district. Pensioner Lilia Ivanovna Ermashkevich spoke about how the lower crowns and floor in her house are rotting due to dampness, and the windowsills are delaminating. She claims that this is a result of land reclamation carried out near her plot in 1988. At that time, the garden began to flood, and in spring, the water in the well was at ground level. A major overhaul of the house was carried out in the mid-1990s, but after a few years, everything fell into disrepair again.
Several townspeople who regularly vacation in the countryside contacted with dacha problems. For example, Viktor Ivanovich signaled that in the village of Osmata, Gorodok district, the mobile shop stops only at the beginning of the settlement due to the lack of roads. In Zapolye, Vitebsk district, the water pump has not been working for almost three months, but they are still charging for water. In Novoselki, Sennensky district, electricity has been repeatedly and for long periods disconnected recently. Last Friday, there was no electricity for more than ten hours – refrigerators were running, and food was spoiling. Vitebsk resident Tatyana Ivanovna said that in Высочаны, Liozno district, two houses have a problem with sewage – the discharge enters the river.
