On July 19, amendments and additions to a number of codes of the Republic of Belarus came into force. Serious adjustments have been made to criminal and criminal procedure legislation.

A training session was held at the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office. Employees of the prosecutor's offices of Vitebsk city, Vitebsk district, and Vitebsk transport prosecutor's office were invited to participate.

Objective: to improve qualifications and prevent errors in law enforcement activities.

During the training event, prosecutors studied in detail the innovations in the criminal law sphere, discussed problematic issues of applying the law when supporting the state prosecution in court, and in the implementation of other supervisory functions of the prosecutor's office.
