The Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office conducted an introductory tour of the temporary detention facility for Vitebsk schoolchildren

The Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office, together with the Head of the Internal Affairs Department of Transport V.A. Glyachkov, with the participation of the Inspector of the Juvenile Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Department of Transport A.O. Kapranov, organized an introductory tour for 9th-grade students of the educational institution "Secondary School No. 17" to the Temporary Detention Facility of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

During the excursion held on March 18, 2016, students were informed about the conditions of detention at the Temporary Detention Facility of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and were also shown the cell block and the exercise yard. A lecture was also given on the topic: "Administrative and criminal liability of minors."

During the lecture, emphasis was placed on the negative consequences of using narcotic drugs and their precursors, and on the responsibility in accordance with Art. 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
