Contractual obligations

Through the exercise of the powers granted by law to participate in economic proceedings and to file claims, real estate has been recovered.

In September 2018, RUP "***" concluded a real estate sale and purchase agreement with OAO for five capital structures owned by the Republic. According to the agreement, OAO was obliged to accept the property and pay its sale price, which amounted to 33,800 rubles. However, it failed to fulfill its obligations in either 2018 or 2019. The objective of involving unused property in economic circulation, creating additional jobs, and generating revenue for the budget was also not achieved.

RUP "***" appealed to the Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office with a request to file a claim for the termination of the sale and purchase agreement. The prosecutor's office granted the request and filed a claim with the Vitebsk Regional Economic Court.

The sale and purchase agreement has been terminated, and the real estate has been returned to republican ownership.
