On 21 February, Vitebsk hosted the national festival E.T.N.O.: Energy of Traditions, Heritage of the Community! The festival included a gala concert featuring both Belarusian and foreign students who came to study in our country from India, Sri Lanka, the Republic of the Congo, China, and Nigeria.
