As part of the visit of a parliamentary delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Chairwoman of Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva, to Belarus, a solemn ceremony was held for the joint laying of wreaths and flowers at the memorial complex honoring Soviet soldiers, partisans, and underground fighters of Vitebsk Oblast on 2 September.
