The Red Cross sent a humanitarian cargo from Vitebsk for refugees from Ukraine. The cargo was put together by public associations, enterprises of the city of Vitebsk and Vitebsk District, concerned citizens. The cargo was formed based on the needs. These are hygiene kits, food, including baby food.
