Vitebsk Oblast Governor Aleksandr Subbotin met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Belarus Alireza Sanei at the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee on 21 November. The parties explored cooperation options between Vitebsk Oblast and Iranian enterprises.
