The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus has summed up the results of the creative competition for the best media coverage of the activities of the prosecutor's bodies

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus has summarized the results of the creative competition for the best coverage of the prosecutor's office activities in the media. Annually, media representatives and prosecutors from regional and city/district prosecutor's offices participate in this competition.

In the nomination "For a series of publications, video programs, radio broadcasts aimed at increasing the level of legal culture of the population," the team of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office became the winner.

In addition, the team of the Orsha District Prosecutor's Office became a laureate in the nomination "For a series of analytical materials in print media, television programs, radio reports on the activities of the prosecutor's office in supervising the enforcement of legislation, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, and combating corruption."

In addition to the prosecutor's offices of the Vitebsk region, the Prosecutor General's Office also recognized media representatives from the northern region – Svetlana Shirokova, leading correspondent of KIUP "Editorial Office of Vitebsk City Newspapers 'Vitbichi' and 'Vecherniy Vitebsk'," as well as the author team of the newspaper "02. Newspaper of the Vitebsk Militia."

The winners and laureates of the creative competition will be awarded diplomas and valuable gifts.
