Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Konyuk made a working trip to the Vitebsk region

The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Konyuk, made a working trip to the Vitebsk region.

The head of the supervisory authority visited the State Unitary Enterprise "Pedigree Plant Reconstructionist" in the Tolochin district and its structural divisions, met with the leadership of the district executive committee, the director and employees of the agricultural enterprise. During the meeting, the Prosecutor General drew attention to the condition of the repair workshops, other objects of the agro-industrial complex, and the safety of the enterprise's agricultural machinery.

After visiting the State Unitary Enterprise "Pedigree Plant Reconstructionist", a working meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Prosecutor General Alexander Dubov, Prosecutor of the Vitebsk region Vadim Sushchinsky, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk region Alexander Subbotin, officials of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and local executive bodies. The agenda included topical issues of the readiness of economic entities, the силового блока (security forces) and authorities for spring field work in the northern region. Based on the results of the meeting, proposals were developed for the preparation and conduct of the sowing campaign, and specific tasks were set for the implementation of prosecutorial supervision in this area.

The next day, Prosecutor General Alexander Konyuk and Minister of Sport and Tourism Sergey Kovalchuk visited and personally tested the 7.5-kilometer roller ski track located in the "Vorobyovy Gory" tract in Gorodok, Vitebsk region, by overcoming it.

Later, the Prosecutor General held a meeting at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee on the development of ski sports in the region and the republic, during which prospects and ways to achieve high-level positive results in this sport were discussed.
