Chairman of the Vitebsk region Nikolai Sherstnev on the implementation of Decree No. 70: an opportunity has arisen to increase the solvency of agricultural organizations

- The adoption of the norms of Decree No. 70 did not significantly affect the results of production activities. During the restructuring period, work with creditors was carried out until September 1, 2020, with banks – until March 1, 2021, the main types of agricultural work – spring field work, fodder procurement, harvesting, sowing of winter crops were already completed without the preferences provided by the Decree. Thanks to this document, it became possible to clear accounts, increase the solvency of organizations, and reduce the debt burden, - noted Nikolai Sherstnev.
