Main Financial Department: the budget of the Vitebsk region received over 1.4 million rubles from the results of auctions for the sale of land plots for individual housing construction
For January-June of the current year, 59 auctions were held in the Vitebsk region for the sale of land plots for individual housing construction and for the right to conclude lease agreements. This is 1.2 times more compared to the first half of 2020. As a result of these auctions, 66 land plots were sold into private ownership for individual housing construction (1.5 times more), and 13 lease agreements were concluded, which is 7.1 percent less than in the same period last year.
According to the main financial department of the regional executive committee, more than 1.4 million rubles were received by the region's budget as a result of these auctions (an increase of 2.4 times). The largest revenues were in Polotsk (422.7 thousand rubles), Orsha, Vitebsk, Postavy districts, the cities of Vitebsk (209.1) and Novopolotsk (113.5 thousand rubles). The smallest revenues from this source were received in Senno, Glubokoe, Shumilino districts, and in Beshenkovichi, Dubrovno, Liozno and Sharkovshchina districts, no auctions were held at all.
The target set for the current year by the regional executive committee on the number of land plots sold for the region as a whole has been fulfilled by 38.4 percent (66 plots sold out of 172), and for the inflow of funds – by 84.1 percent (out of the required 919 thousand, 772.6 thousand rubles have already been received). As of July 1, the Verkhnedvinsk, Vitebsk, Lepel, Orsha, Postavy and Ushachi districts have coped with the revenue targets, while the number of plots sold in these regions is below the set indicator.
