Main Department of Trade and Services: in the Vitebsk region, mobile groups for price control checked 5.2 thousand retail outlets
Масштабные проверки и мониторинг потребительского рынка продолжаются. В центре внимания мобильных групп - крупные торговые сети, магазины, реализующие продукты питания, непродовольственные товары. "В целях безусловного выполнения поручений главы государства и правительства в Витебской области организована работа по проведению контрольно-аналитических мероприятий на предмет выявления нарушений ценового законодательства, - отметила Ирина Левкович. - По оперативным данным на утро 20 октября, специалистами горрайисполкомов, структурных подразделений облисполкома проведены контрольно-аналитические мероприятия в 5,2 тыс. объектах. О фактах выявленных нарушений информируются Комитет государственного контроля Витебской области и прокуратура Витебской области".
Контроль за ценовой ситуацией осуществляет комиссия по рассмотрению вопросов о согласовании установления цен на товары и услуги, которые до 6 октября не были произведены либо не ввозились, реализовывались или оказывались в Беларуси, а также повышения цен в целях экономической целесообразности.
На открытые в исполкомах северного региона горячие линии с начала проверочных мероприятий поступило 26 обращений. Фактов завышения цен по ним не установлено.
В КГК Витебской области сообщили, что в регионе работает около 40 мобильных групп, в которые входят специалисты контролирующих, правоохранительных и местных органов власти, а также профсоюзов. По данным на 21 октября, по фактам необоснованного завышения цен в торговых объектах Витебска, Новополоцка, Орши и Полоцкого района, Глубокого возбуждено 6 уголовных дел. Всего выявлено свыше 50 фактов нарушений законодательства.
Large-scale inspections and monitoring of the consumer market are ongoing. The focus of the mobile groups is on large retail chains and stores selling food and non-food products. "In order to unconditionally fulfill the instructions of the head of state and the government, work has been organized in the Vitebsk region to conduct control and analytical measures to identify violations of pricing legislation," noted Irina Levkovich. "According to operational data as of the morning of October 20, specialists from city and district executive committees, and structural divisions of the regional executive committee have carried out control and analytical measures in 5.2 thousand facilities. The Vitebsk Regional Committee for State Control and the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office are informed about the identified violations."
Price control is carried out by a commission for considering issues of price approval for goods and services that were not produced or imported, sold, or provided in Belarus before October 6, as well as for price increases for economic expediency.
Since the start of the inspection activities, 26 calls have been received by the hotlines opened at the executive committees of the northern region. No instances of price gouging have been established based on these calls.
The Vitebsk Regional Committee for State Control reported that about 40 mobile groups are operating in the region, including specialists from control, law enforcement, and local authorities, as well as trade unions. As of October 21, 6 criminal cases have been initiated based on unjustified price increases in retail outlets in Vitebsk, Novopolotsk, Orsha and Polotsk district, and Glubokoye. A total of over 50 violations of the law have been identified.
