The citizen intentionally used a knowingly forged ticket
I did not expect at all that an orphaned, unemployed resident of Vitebsk, Vasily, born in Vitebsk, would end up in the dock due to a lie. One May day, while at home, by tracing over all handwritten entries and signatures, he changed the digit "5" to the digit "6" in the indication of the year 2015 in the "Valid until" field, thereby altering a unified ticket granting the right to free travel regardless of place of residence, until the age of majority, i.e., until 07.06.2015. Subsequently, continuing his unified intent aimed at using a knowingly forged document, from May 2015 to December 2015, repeatedly, out of mercenary motives, in order to avoid paying for travel, when traveling on unspecified types of public transport within the city of Vitebsk, he intentionally used the said knowingly forged unified ticket, exercising the right to free travel.
By his intentional actions, Vasily committed a crime provided for by Part 1 of Article 380 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, under the following characteristics: forgery of another official document granting a right, for the purpose of using such a document by the perpetrator himself, and use of a knowingly forged document.
In the courtroom, Vasily did not deny his guilt in the committed crime and repented of his actions.
By the verdict of the court of Zheleznodorozhny District of Vitebsk, he was sentenced to 45 hours of community service.
