Ihar Syarheyenka visits Sharkawshchyna and Hlybokaye districts

The Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, Ihar Syarheyenka, is visiting Hlybokaye district today. The purpose of the visit is to assess the progress of the harvest. The trip also includes the participation of Anatol Sivko, a member of the House of Representatives.
The first stop was a field at the agricultural enterprise "Zolotaya podkova". The Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Maksim Bakuroŭ, reported that 55 combine harvesters are involved in grain harvesting in the district. The barley harvest is in its active phase. The average yield is 27 centners per hectare, which is higher than last year's figure.
In several farms, rapeseed is being harvested in parallel. Ihar Syarheyenka inquired about the start date for harvesting winter wheat and how the fire departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are organized during the harvesting campaign.
The next point on the route was the "Udzelo" livestock complex of the agricultural enterprise "Za Radzinu".
Here, repairs and construction of facilities for keeping cattle are underway. Workers from Uzbekistan, who recently arrived in Hlybokaye district, are involved in the project.
They are currently engaged in dismantling one of the buildings.
Ihar Syarheyenka spoke with them personally, inquiring about their reception in Hlybokaye, the terms of their employment, and whether they were satisfied with their wages.
During his visit to the complex, Ihar Syarheyenka inspected the new prophylactic treatment facility.
The facility received a positive assessment. The Chairman of the House of Representatives inquired about the construction costs and the prospects for product output.
Maksim Bakuroŭ reported that they plan to achieve average daily weight gains of up to one kilogram here.
The next stop is the drying complex of the agricultural enterprise "Meretskiye".
Here, not only adults but also teenagers actively joined the work at the grain receiving point. The guys work in their free time from studies: summer holidays are an opportunity to earn their first own money and help the farm during the busy season.
The director of the agricultural enterprise, Alexander Loginov, reported to Igor Sergeenko on the current indicators. They discussed the barley harvest, the organization of the reaping, the volume of state orders, and the operability of the drying complex. The staffing issue was discussed separately – whether the staff is complete and if there are enough hands for the peak season.
Igor Sergeenko also visited the Glubokoye Feed Mill. The director of the enterprise, Sergey Grinevich, spoke about the current situation and prospects.
The main topics of conversation were the plant's workload with grain from the fields of local agricultural enterprises, the condition of the drying complex, and the production volumes of compound feeds. All issues that interested the Chairman of the House of Representatives received concrete answers. The conversation was substantive, without general phrases.
In the Sharkovshchyna district, Igor Sergeenko, together with the chairman of the district executive committee Sergey Kashmilo, visited OJSC "Knyazh".
The focus is on the development of the agro-industrial complex, the progress of summer field work, the strengthening of the farm's material and technical base, and the creation of decent working conditions for rural residents.
