State Property Committee: An unused building with a garage box in the Rossony district was sold at auction

An unused non-residential building with a garage, located in the urban-type settlement of Rossony, was sold at auction with an 80 percent reduction in the starting price. The building was put up for auction for the first time.

The winner of the auction was its sole participant - a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. The total purchase amount is 11279.81 rubles. The new owner of the acquired real estate plans to carry out the reconstruction of the building and garages with their use in production activities.

In the current year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has held 64 successful auctions, at which 68 properties were sold for a total amount of over 1.9 million rubles.
