Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: Investor from China acquired two schools in Chashniki District for a base value

On March 29, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee sold a school building with a shed in the Chashniksky district, ag. Pochaevichi, Shkolnaya St., 15. The school building had been put up for sale since 2017. The auction announced on March 29 was the 11th in a row. As a result, the school with a shed built in 1965, with a total area of 448 sq. m., was sold for 60 rubles to a single buyer.

There were two buyers for the school building with a vegetable storehouse, located in the same settlement at Shkolnaya St., 2. During the bidding, the price of the school building with a vegetable storehouse built in 1965, with an area of 920 sq. m., increased from 3 base units to 2783 rubles.

A foreign investor, who acquired both schools, plans to organize food production after reconstruction, including the production of dumplings using Chinese technology. They also plan to open a canteen, a dormitory, and an administrative part on part of the premises.

All objects sold by the committee at auctions this year were put up for auction either with a price reduction of 80% (10 such objects) or at a base unit price (7 objects).
