Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: a school in Senno district and a library in Tolochin district were sold for the basic unit

On April 5, a school in the agro-town of Nemoyta, Sennensky District, was sold at auction.

The building with a total area of 599 sq. m. with a gym, greenhouse, vegetable storage, pedestrian walkway, fence, and utility networks (sewerage, water supply, electricity supply) was put up for auction for the 8th time and was sold to the sole buyer – an agricultural enterprise in the same settlement.

Also on April 5, for the 6th attempt, a library in the village of Ploskoe, Tolochinsky District, found a new owner.

The building with a total area of 81 sq. m. with an extension, a shed, and a pedestrian walkway was sold to the sole buyer – a resident of Borisov.

In the current year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has sold 20 properties, including 10 at auctions for the base value and 10 at auctions with a price reduction of 80%.
