Oleg Matskevich approved the appointment of new heads of the Evistor plant, Novopolotsk housing and communal services departments, and construction trust No. 16

The appointment of new heads of organizations was approved as part of the HR day by the First Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Oleg Matskevich. Along with general production guidelines, each manager received a set of personal tasks for future work.

The new Director of Novopolotsk KUP "ZhREO" Alexander Makarevich, who has experience in the industry, was no exception. The Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Vladimir Belous, characterizing the activities of one of the best enterprises in the region in the field of housing and communal services, expressed hope that with the arrival of the new leader, the achieved results would be multiplied. To this end, the manager was outlined a range of priority tasks. He was instructed to develop a clear concept for the development of the waste management system, including the elimination of garbage chutes in residential buildings. Close attention to this issue is explained simply: humanity has reached a level in its development to give waste a second life. The presence of garbage chutes significantly slows down the process of waste sorting for the procurement of secondary raw materials. And the shortcomings of such a design are obvious: an unpleasant smell in the entrance, unsanitary conditions... The refusal of garbage chutes and separate collection of secondary resources will reduce the tariffs for waste removal and disposal. So, we get the notorious two birds with one stone: both the utility bill is thinner, and there is a benefit for the economy. This step will prevent the harmful impact of waste on the environment, citizens' health, and also maximize the involvement of secondary raw materials into circulation. And its return to the production sphere provides significant savings.

In addition, ZhREO is to switch the housing stock of the oil city to energy-saving light sources. There should be no entrances with "Illyich's light bulbs," emphasized Vladimir Belous. The installation of, for example, LED lamps with a noise sensor or a photocell gives a tangible effect in reducing energy consumption. Special control is also exercised over safety. Elevators that have exceeded their normal service life require replacement. Hence, another case-task: to bring the entire elevator fund into proper condition.

A new head has appeared at OAO

«Строительно-монтажный трест № 16, г. Новополоцк» — Яков Стародубов, who has gone through all the stages in the construction industry. Despite the difficult economic situation of the enterprise, the trust has prospects. It is important to adhere to the rule: the more you build, the more you earn. However, without reducing production costs, it is difficult to compete, win tenders, and secure contracts not only within the region and the republic, but also in foreign markets. It is possible that the newcomer's fresh perspective on the state of affairs will help the organization become economically stronger.

The task of bringing OAO "Evistor Plant" to stable operation with positive dynamics falls to the new head, Tofik Eyvazov, who has left the position of first deputy director. His work activity since the 1980s has been inextricably linked with this organization. Even in Soviet times, the manufacturing plant was one of the largest, employing thousands. True, now the organization is of a different scale with a staff of a couple of hundred people, but they have managed to find their production niche. Today, OAO "Gomselmash" and "MTZ" are the main consumers of "Evistor's" products. However, in modern conditions, this is not enough. Oleg Matskevich focused on the need to enter new markets with economical and high-performance products, which, undoubtedly, need to be expanded.

The contract extension approval process began with Igor Vasilenko, Director of the "Zadneprovsky" Agricultural Center branch of OAO "Orsha Grain Processing Plant". The confident progress of the team he leads and his ability to optimally build production tactics are determined by the leader's personality. In addition, there is an economic approach to business, without which efficiency cannot be achieved. Thanks to this approach, the farm maintains leadership positions not only in the district and region, but also in the republic.

A kind of metronome, which to a certain extent sets the rhythm in agriculture in the Vitebsk region, is the regional state inspection for seed production, quarantine, and plant protection headed by Nikolai Olenich, who was invited for contract renewal.

Nikolai Nazarovich has extensive experience in management and production. Under his leadership since 2010, the institution's staff has been guarding the strict fulfillment of all agronomic stages in the fight for a good harvest. He knows the problematic points of the industry in detail. The director is confident in the need to adjust farming practices on the land and does not hide that adherence to technologies and accurate calculations ensure positive results in crop production.

Ivan Sushko, director of OJSC "Miory Rayagropromservice", has also confirmed his professional suitability. Among the priority tasks is the improvement of the service system. As one of the main partners of farms, the enterprise must focus its efforts on the repair and restoration of equipment, units, and assemblies for the agro-industrial complex.

The message addressed to the management corps, combined with wishes for labor success, was: changes are needed in work, but without rash setbacks.
