Collection of proposals on problematic issues of legislation
The National Center for Legislation and Legal Information is conducting a collection of proposals from citizens and organizations on problematic issues of legislation related to excessive regulation and collisions in Government decrees and departmental acts from July 20 to October 1 of the current year.
Information on the collection is posted on the National Legal Internet Portal.
Citizens and organizations can send identified examples of departmental acts and Government decrees that do not comply with the Constitution, laws, and decrees of the President, duplicate legislative norms, or contradict each other, are outdated, or contain excessive requirements, as well as their proposals on these issues:
- to a special topic on the website "Legal Forum of Belarus";
- by e-mail to sbor@center.gov.by or by postal mail to the address of the NCLPI (220030, Minsk, Berson St., 1a, with the note "Collection");
- to the NCLPI divisions located in the regional centers – regional centers for legal information of Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, and Mogilev regions.

All received proposals will be studied by the center's experts and discussed in specially created working groups.
Citizens and legal entities can familiarize themselves with the content of legislative acts, if necessary, on the National Legal Internet Portal, which is the source of official publication, in the state information and legal resources "ETALON" and "ETALON-ONLINE", as well as in public legal information centers located in the libraries of our country.
