Information on the state of industrial injuries in organizations of the Vitebsk region and the implementation of supervisory activities on labor protection based on the results of work for the first half of 2025

в организациях Витебской области за I полугодие 2025 года общее количество несчастных случаев на производстве составило - 85, за аналогичный период 2024 года - 92 случая (снижение – 7,6%). За отчётный период в результате произошедших несчастных случаев на производстве в организациях Витебской области зарегистрировано три несчастных случая со смертельным исходом (за аналогичный период 2024 года - 0).
За I полугодие 2025 года - 19 человек умерло на производстве в результате наличия у работника заболевания и по результатам расследования данные случаи квалифицированы как не производственные (I полугодие 2024 – 36 человек).
В организациях Витебской области в результате ДТП зарегистрировано 2 несчастных случая повлекших получение в одном смертельной, а во втором случае тяжёлой травмы, что от общего числа тяжело травмированных составило 2,4% (аналогичный период 2024 года – 15 случаев, 16,3%).
Рост несчастных случаев со смертельным исходом за 1 полугодие 2025 года в сравнении с аналогичным периодом 2024 года отмечается в организациях Витебского, Дубровенского и Шумилинского районов на 1 несчастный случай (в 2024 году случаев не зарегистрировано).
Рост несчастных случаев, приведших к производственным травмам за 1 полугодие 2025 года в сравнении с аналогичным периодом 2024 года отмечен в организациях, расположенных на территории: г. Витебска – 21 (15), Октябрьского района г. Витебска - 7(3), Железнодорожного района г. Витебска - 5(3), Глубокского - 8(6); Дубровенского - 4(2), Шумилинского - 2(0), Лиозненского, Сенненского, Толочинского - 2(1), Бешенковичского, Городокского – 1(0).
Количество случаев производственного травматизма осталось на высоком уровне, в том числе на уровне прошлого года в организациях Полоцкого района (14); Первомайского района г. Витебска (9), Поставского района (4), Браславского (2), Россонского (1).
According to operational data from the Vitebsk Regional Department of the State Labor Inspectorate, in organizations of the Vitebsk region for the first half of 2025, the total number of industrial accidents was 85, for the same period in 2024 - 92 cases (a decrease of 7.6%). For the reporting period, as a result of industrial accidents in organizations of the Vitebsk region, three fatal accidents were registered (for the same period in 2024 - 0).
In the first half of 2025, 19 people died at work due to the employee's illness, and according to the investigation results, these cases were classified as non-industrial (first half of 2024 - 36 people).
In organizations of the Vitebsk region, as a result of road traffic accidents, 2 accidents were registered, resulting in one fatality and one severe injury, which accounted for 2.4% of the total number of severely injured (same period in 2024 - 15 cases, 16.3%).
An increase in fatal accidents for the first half of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024 is noted in organizations of Vitebsky, Dubrovensky, and Shumilinsky districts by 1 accident (in 2024, no cases were registered).
An increase in accidents leading to industrial injuries for the first half of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024 was noted in organizations located in the territories of: Vitebsk city - 21 (15), Oktyabrsky district of Vitebsk city - 7(3), Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitebsk city - 5(3), Gluboksky - 8(6); Dubrovensky - 4(2), Shumilinsky - 2(0), Lioznensky, Sennensky, Tolochinsky - 2(1), Beshenkovichsky, Gorodoksky - 1(0).
The number of industrial injury cases remained at a high level, including at the level of last year in organizations of Polotsk district (14); Pervomaisky district of Vitebsk city (9), Postavsky district (4), Braslavsky (2), Rossony (1).
In a state of alcohol intoxication, one accident resulting in severe injury and one accident resulting in non-severe injury were registered (1st half of 2024 – 1).
Based on the results of completed investigations with severe consequences (fatal and severe injuries), characteristic causes of accidents that occurred in the 1st half of 2025 have been identified (as a percentage of the total number of causes):
- violation by the victim of labor and production discipline, labor protection instructions – 22.6% (similar period in 2024 – 15.6%);
- non-fulfillment of labor protection duties by managers and specialists – 6.5% (12.5%);
- unsatisfactory condition and deficiencies in the organization of workplaces – 6.5% (3.1%);
- personal negligence – 16.1% (18.8%).
For January-June 2025, out of a total of 129 supervisory measures conducted by state labor inspectors, 103 monitoring activities and 26 selective inspections were carried out. During these measures, 3075 violations of labor and labor protection legislation requirements were identified and ordered (recommended) for elimination.
In organizations, based on the results of supervisory measures, at the direction of state labor inspectors, 72 employees who had not undergone training, labor protection knowledge testing, or were not using the required personal protective equipment were suspended from work.
Based on the materials from state labor inspectors, 67 authorized officials of the employer who allowed violations of labor and labor protection legislation were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
In total, for January-June 2025, mobile groups with the participation of state labor inspectors conducted 607 inspections of agricultural organizations, including those not under departmental subordination, as well as construction organizations, during which 6764 violations of safety requirements were identified.
Joint preventive work with local authorities and economic entities of the Vitebsk region has made it possible to ensure a reduction in occupational injuries in the 1st half of 2025.
