- Nikolai Korotkevich as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee (previously – Head of the Sector for Supervision of the Technical Condition of Machinery and Equipment of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee),
- Alexander Barank as Director of CJSC "ASB-Agro Novator" (previously – Deputy Head of the Department for Agriculture and Food of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee),
- Nikolai Stepanov as Director of the enterprise "Orshanskaya Poultry Farm" of OJSC "Orshansky Meat Canning Plant" (previously – First Deputy General Director of OJSC "Orshansky Meat Canning Plant").
