Personnel Day: a new head of the agricultural enterprise has been appointed, contract extensions have been approved for 10 more directors

KSPUP "DrozdYAgro" of the Beshenkovichi district has a new director - Roman Kulgavy. The young man has been "tested" in many areas of the agricultural sector. From the beginning of his working career, he has demonstrated purposefulness, as evidenced by the dynamics in his career in various organizations: from combine harvester assistant to deputy director. Nikolai Sherstnev urged the new head to adhere to all technological criteria, which will ultimately lead to an increase in production and economic indicators. He will have to work hard. The "sore spot" is the wear and tear of the machine and tractor fleet, and as a consequence, untimely sowing of crops and harvesting. The enterprise missed the optimal agro-technical deadlines in the autumn - the farm has only recently passed the equator in terms of winter sowing rates. In general, 700 hectares are allocated for them, or about 35% of the arable land structure. Serious risks are not excluded, because, considering the weather factor, the grain must have time to adapt.

KUSKhP "Kashchinskoye" of the Chashniksky district, headed by **Sergei Sadovsky**, who, like the subsequent heads of organizations, was invited to agree on a contract extension, is also behind schedule. The head of the region directed Sergei Sergeevich and his colleagues to the need to adhere as much as possible to the sowing area structure developed by the region. It is no secret that the weight of the harvest will ultimately depend on this.

Nikolai Sherstnev instructed Oleg Lyolya, the director of the Sorochino branch of Vitebsk Grain Processing Plant OJSC, to develop a livestock development strategy. The manager does not hide the fact that the farm, which specializes in raising and fattening pigs, is operating at a loss. One of the problems lies in non-compliance with technologies. Nikolai Nikolaevich emphasized that meeting all the necessary criteria for raising livestock, including the proper use of the feed base, is the key to effective operation. This also affects the cost of pork production. During the conversation with the head of the region, the issue of preventing the risk of possible African swine fever infection was a recurring theme. Indeed, there is reason to be concerned: outbreaks of this epidemic periodically occur in neighboring countries. Oleg Lyolya understands that strict adherence to protective measures and safety precautions is the foundation for the stable operation of the branch.

Through the prism of economic return, the chairman of the regional executive committee positively assessed the innovations of Novolukoml Expanded Clay Aggregate Plant OJSC. Its director, Mikhail Lazarashvili, shared ambitious plans for the organization's development. It aims to build using 3D printing technology, which can achieve good results. In terms of reducing transportation costs, the plant intends to develop water logistics. Currently, goods are delivered by land transport. The main sales markets are within a thousand-kilometer radius. Strategic buyers, Moscow and St. Petersburg, are within competitive visibility. The manager plans to promote products to Scandinavian and Baltic countries.

Andrei Borisenko, director of Orsha Dairy Plant OJSC, has his own vision for improving the enterprise. There are ideas for expanding the product range. In particular, a project for imitating cheeses for subsequent export is being worked out. By reducing costs and cutting the production of unwanted types of goods, the plant achieved break-even operation this year.

Nikolai Sherstnev instructed Valery Dulinsky, General Director of OJSC "Gluboksky Dairy and Canning Plant", to accelerate the construction of a workshop for the production of dry whey and powdered milk products. According to him, the new workshop will increase profitability, sales revenue, including export, and added value per employee involved in the new production. This investment project will allow the plant to organize a complete production cycle for deep milk processing.

The list of contract extension approvals includes Viktor Zaikin, Director of OJSC "Vitebsk Oblagroservis". He is tasked with bringing the subordinate organizations onto a new trajectory by creating a unified management system for service enterprises. There are many advantages: resources will be accumulated, the range of services provided will be expanded, and the creation of new jobs is also possible.

Ilya Glushonok and Andrey Shimkovich, Directors of UP ZhKH of Postavy and Gluboksky Districts, received a substantial portfolio of tasks: to review production plans, allocating funds with maximum benefit, reduce costs, and identify priority profitable areas.

All managers understand that working in the old way is unforgivable. The main indicator of the directors' performance should be the effectiveness of management, Nikolai Sherstnev is convinced. It is precisely for this reason that new production relations need to be built.
