Personnel Day: Nikolai Sherstnev approved the appointments of the director of the Miory Meat Processing Plant and a number of agricultural organizations

Any work is doomed to failure if it is built unsystematically and chaotically. That is precisely why the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, considers it important within the framework of a personnel day to outline the development strategy for the entrusted area to new leaders and to conduct a control assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of the currently operating director corps.

Fairness and attention to people are perhaps the main demand of society today towards the authorities as a whole and law enforcement officers in particular. A high level of public trust, according to Nikolai Nikolaevich, should be an important criterion for evaluating the work of the Glubokskoye District Department of Internal Affairs headed by Valery Kruklinsky, a member of the district executive committee. The new status will allow him to be aware of the socio-economic situation and delve deeper into the specifics of the district. And coordinated interaction with the district executive committee to eliminate problematic situations and negative manifestations in society will allow achieving much greater results.

Operating at full capacity, securing new domestic retail outlets, and establishing long-term trade relations, including with "chains" – this is a three-pronged task for the Miory Meat Processing Plant. Sergey Rossov, who has been approved for the position of Director of the enterprise, is instructed to strengthen the brand's marketing activity and competently distribute products "without loss." Nikolai Sherstnev aims to expand the food basket by producing exclusive goods. The manager is reminded that the winner is the one who creates the most in-demand direction, "curtailing" the unpromising one. Therefore, a lightning-fast reaction to changing market conditions is the key to success.

A range of agricultural tasks has been outlined to Alexey Abramchik, who has been approved for the position of Director of the "Koroli" farm in the Gluboksky district, as well as to Vladimir Pushnov, head of the "Vedrenskoye-Agro" organization in the Chashniksky district, Vyacheslav Kazura, head of the "Baliny" organization in the Verkhnedvinsky district, and Oleg Skrabnevsky, head of the "Gluboksky Feed Mill", whose contracts have been extended. Менеджеру напоминают: в фокусе внимания должна быть мотивация в плане улучшения производственных показателей, получения более качественной продукции с меньшими затратами. Прозвучало и поручение руководству Витебского концерна «Мясо-молочные продукты»: детально изучить положение дел на предприятии с акцентом на соблюдение технологий.

Коснулся разговор и перезагрузки коммунальной матрицы областного центра. Отныне это зона ответственности Дениса Дединкина, согласованного на должность генерального директора УКПП «Витебское городское жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство». Менеджер понимает: во главе угла – человек и его комфорт. Сделать областной центр уютным, привлекательным – таков ориентир. На высоте должны быть инфраструктура, улично-дорожная сеть. Действовать поэтапно, но с удвоенной силой. В частности, предстоит произвести работы так, чтобы гости «Славянского базара» не ощутили дискомфорт. Завершить все к сентябрю, когда Витебск примет областные «Дажынкі». Поэтому в топ-списке заданий по эстетизации городской среды — озеленение, цветочное оформление, малые архитектурные формы, обустройство контейнерных площадок. Николай Шерстнёв поручил придать ритмичность работе по созданию второй платины в пойме реки Витьба, приведению в порядок всех инженерных сооружений, пешеходных мостиков, прогулочных дорожек. Акцентировано внимание и на финансовом ядре этой зоны отдыха — она должна приносить прибыль.

Маркер работы миорского ЖКХ — состояние жилищного фонда. Ведь далеко не всегда ухоженный фасад дома означает порядок иcomfort inside. A qualitatively new leap in establishing and maintaining order in the housing sector of Miory District should become an indicator of the activities of the Director of the District Housing and Communal Services Igor Voytov, whose contract extension has been approved. The same "personnel" procedure was undergone by the Director of Chashniki Housing and Communal Services Dmitry Ermashkevich, whose work has received a positive assessment, supported by stable economic results.

In his words of encouragement addressed to the entire management team, Nikolai Sherstnev urged everyone to act decisively. The main objective is to transform their area of responsibility for the better. Energy and foresight will be useful. And a good manager, by the way, always looks beyond the horizon.
