Personnel Day: Nikolai Sherstnev approved the appointments of the First Deputy Chairman of the Braslav District Executive Committee and heads of agricultural organizations

A significant stage in the career of the Vitebsk region's management corps was marked by a personnel day held by the chairman of the regional executive committee, Nikolai Sherstnev. The leadership of the local power vertical, the agricultural sector, and the industrial sphere has been updated.

According to Nikolai Nikolaevich, the high level of public trust should be an important criterion for evaluating the work of the Ushachi District Department of Internal Affairs, headed by Alexei Ispenkov, a member of the district executive committee. People judge the police as a whole by their prompt response to appeals and resolution of complex situations. While strictly reacting to violations of the law, it is important not to forget that the fate of a specific person is in the hands of law enforcement officers. The head of the region calls for coordinated interaction with the district executive committee to eliminate problematic situations and negative manifestations in society, which will allow for much greater results.

The dominant theme of Nikolai Sherstnev's conversation with those approved for the positions of First Deputy Chairman of the Braslav District Executive Committee Nikolai Baranovsky, Deputy Director of OJSC "Buevschina" of the Sharkovshchinsky District Alexander Petkevich, and Director of the "Smolyany" branch of the Orsha KhKP Oleg Kostyukov was the effective and profitable operation of the agro-industrial complex. Managers are reminded that the result in livestock breeding depends on the quality of fodder prepared. The technology is worked out; the task is to increase the yield per hectare. Agricultural arithmetic is tied to nutritional value and, consequently, to milk production. Successes and failures in it depend on the people who manage the dairy herd. Hence, the appeal to General Director of the Vitebsk Breeding Enterprise Fizuli Gasanov, who opened the contract extension approval block: if one constantly engages in improving selection and breeding work and adheres to technologies, productivity peaks will be conquered. And the more high-yielding cows in the farms, the more products of the "extra" grade are sold, the more substantial the wallet will be for everyone involved in the production process.

The chairman of the regional executive committee expects effective transformations in OJSC "Orshansky Rayagropromservis" from Director Vladimir Kompol. To maximally revitalize

multidisciplinarity of the organization is a priority task. The head has been instructed to strengthen the vector for the formation of mechanized detachments, which should be involved in plowing, soil cultivation, sowing, application of mineral and organic fertilizers, harvesting agricultural crops, and fodder production. It is also important to create decent conditions for the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and units.

Vitaly Kozak, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales of the Vitebsk Concern "Meat and Dairy Products", and Elena Antonovich, Head of the Sales and Supply Department of the Postavy Dairy Plant have been assigned a special task: to actively work on diversifying sales markets, saturating trade networks with a new range of products, including with an emphasis on healthy eating. For example, turkey, which is considered one of the most beneficial types of dietary poultry meat.

— The economy of enterprises is driven by marketers. When choosing the direction of production strategy, one must first proceed from market needs. It is important to have a clear understanding of the situation: which type of product is in greater demand, how much to produce, at what price, and where to sell it, — noted Nikolai Sherstnev.

Previous concepts of working in a competitive environment simply do not work. Yet, it is competition that should push us to seek and find new solutions. Nikolai Nikolaevich instructed the management of the Vitebsk Concern "Meat and Dairy Products" to establish clear production relations within the system by implementing modern and effective marketing tools, as well as to expand partnerships. Having gained a foothold in new sales markets, it is not only necessary to hold on to it, increase presence, but also to maintain consumer interest, emphasized the chairman of the regional executive committee.

OAO "Znamya Industrializatsii" must also have its own effective "recipe" for attracting customers. Its head, Andrey Shamshura, has been instructed to develop effective schemes for developing relationships with distribution networks. The head of the region sets the task: the Vitebsk light industry enterprise must take leading positions in the sewing goods market.

Achieving break-even operations is a priority for the Miory Feed Mill, headed by Sergey Matveev. The production interaction zone involves a "triangle" of Sharkovshchina, Braslav, and Verkhnedvinsk districts.

The current pool of appointments, based on positions and scope of responsibilities, turned out to be quite substantial – the same as the block of tasks that Nikolay Sherstnev formulated point by point for each manager. Acting proactively is an axiom for a modern leader.
