Personnel Day: Nikolai Sherstnev approved the appointments of the First Deputy Chairman of the Gorodok District Executive Committee, heads of industrial and agricultural organizations

Effective progress in the agricultural and industrial sectors is a marker for the future work of both new and current managers of the Vitebsk region, as stated at a personnel day with the chairman of the regional executive committee, Nikolai Sherstnev.

Among the managers with the prefix "agro" were Sergei Ermakovich, approved for the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Gorodok District Executive Committee, and Ivan Pustynnikov, invited for an interview for the appointment as Head of the Lomashi-Agro farm in the Glubokoe district. During the conversation, solutions were found for many issues, from increasing the yield of fodder lands and the technological organization of work in animal husbandry to revenue from the sale of agricultural products.

Managers know firsthand that there is an active search for opportunities and development directions for farms today. The course is set for the implementation of highly effective technologies in all industry segments and a reduction in production costs. By the way, this topic is always at the top of the agenda in specialized meetings with the head of the region. And this time, Nikolai Sherstnev urges the director corps to maximally implement the "agro-roadmap": to increase the responsibility and discipline of personnel, and to properly utilize equipment and working time. It is no secret that the quality of life is largely determined by prosperity, which should grow in conjunction with labor productivity. If there is a return, then the workers' salaries will rise to the level of advanced farms and districts.

Bringing rhythm to the work of the Masherov State Farm enterprise in the Sennensky district is a priority for its head, Alexander Gribanov, whose contract has been extended. The organization is currently underperforming in many aspects. Economic imbalance and technological miscalculations burden not only the precarious production link but also the financial burden. Nikolai Sherstnev has given the manager a chance: to make a tangible maneuver within six months to bring the enterprise onto a growth trajectory.

The vector of effective progress in the domestic and foreign markets is an important marketing and sales option for Vitebsk

of the instrument-making plant, headed by Oleg Kolkov, whose contract extension has been approved. The Chairperson of the Committee for Economy of the Regional Executive Committee, Anzhelika Nikitina, characterizing the manager's potential, has no doubt: the director is capable of ensuring positive changes in the work in the future. There are prerequisites for this. The positive dynamics of the plant's performance in recent years is a stable trend. But one cannot rest on their laurels. Technological progress, constantly increasing requirements for the reliability and durability of manufactured products, push for improvement. Strengthening market positions by expanding the product range and improving product characteristics is the main focus for the near future. In addition, there is a reduction in costs and the production of high value-added products. Similar principles are addressed to the Chairperson of the Regional Executive Committee, Vitaliy Krutko, who has been approved for the position of Director of the Orsha Machine-Tool Plant "Krasny Borets".

In the near future, managers will have to open the door to new approaches, and this should be reflected not only by the participants of the current personnel day.
