Personnel Day: Nikolai Sherstnev Approved Appointments of Heads of Agricultural Organizations

With extensive experience in the industry, she knows the problem areas in detail. The manager is confident in the need to adjust land management practices and does not hide that accurate calculations ensure positive results in all areas. As an example, she cites the greenhouse complex, which is the locomotive of the enterprise's economy.

As for livestock breeding, maintaining the herd is also among the priority tasks of Nadezhda Bukhalovich, as well as Vadim Ivanov, who has been approved for the position of Deputy Director for Production of UKSP "Rydomlsky" in the Tolochin district. All this, accordingly, results in significant costs for treatment. And any disease means a loss of up to half of the expected milk. Hence the instruction from the head of the region: to ensure proper maintenance of cows and an optimal microclimate in livestock premises under existing conditions. And one more task: when designing new farms, to abandon concrete floor coverings.

The situation is aggravated not only by a shaky production link but also by a financial burden. Therefore, it is still far from being a strong middle-tier enterprise. Nikolai Sherstnev is in no hurry to sign the approval for deputy director Sergei Ivanov as the head of the enterprise. The manager has been given a chance: within two months to prove his ability to return the key positions of the farm from "freezing" to "normal temperature". Then and

Vladimir Belous, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, who was present at the personnel day, urged the head to comply with all key parameters.
