Under the leadership of Sergey Matveev, the organization has confidently moved up in the table of production and economic indicators among similar organizations by increasing production volumes. A significant leap forward has been made in sales activities. However, at the same time, Nikolay Sherstnev marked the main milestone on the plant's development map – the production of a volume of products that will allow for the full utilization of its own production capacities, as well as meet the needs of agricultural enterprises within the raw material zone.

Increasing the sown areas of flax and the production of products for the maximum utilization of the Orsha Flax Mill, expanding the geography of export supplies is the mission of Orekhovo Flax Mill headed by Pavel Kizhalo. Assessing the enterprise's performance, Nikolay Nikolaevich emphasized that the potential of this ancient Slavic agricultural crop is not fully realized: flax production waste should be used for deep processing. After all, for example, abroad, such a practice is widely used in many industries and brings considerable income. strengthen the financial "muscles" of the enterprise. It is necessary to take advantage of the situation when global markets begin to revive after a prolonged stagnation associated with the pandemic of coronavirus. Having gained a foothold in the form of new sales markets, it is important not only to hold onto them, increase presence, but also to maintain consumer interest.

Turning this personnel page, the head of the region encourages managers to act economically, decisively, but not routinely. Transformation of management methods is necessary: the economy is now the most important direction.
