Personnel Day: Nikolay Sherstnev approved the appointments of deputy chairmen of the State Property Committee, the Committee for Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Regional Executive Committee, and the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee.

The leadership of the structural divisions of the regional executive committee, local authorities, and agricultural enterprises has been replenished with new names. The head of the region not only meticulously studies the personal files of each candidate but also inquires about their understanding of the specifics of their work's development and their vision for the future. At the same time, Nikolai Nikolaevich warns: a true manager is strong not by slogans, but by concrete actions that are performed with high quality and in full.

Increasing the efficiency of managing unused property and bringing it into economic circulation is the task for Andrei Saltanovich, who has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. Optimization of technological processes, reorganization of economic entities, and natural wear and tear are some of the reasons for the emergence of "unused" objects. The financial burden in the form of maintenance and security costs lies with the balance holder. And when such property cannot find a new owner for a long time, even greater expenses have to be incurred. The manager is tasked with ensuring that such areas are utilized with maximum benefit, which must be subordinated to the main goal – increasing budget revenues through economic growth and an expanded tax base. This is directly related to improving the standard and quality of life for the population. Therefore, the head of the region urges the manager to organize work to improve business activity by attracting those who wish to breathe new life into a particular abandoned building, for example, by opening a production facility with new jobs, to participate in auctions. To further incentivize potential owners, a legal mechanism is in place, in particular, the possibility of acquiring an object at a starting price of one base unit. В числе заданий, очерченных Дмитрием Реутом, на ближайшее время: строительство индивидуальных жилых домов, капитальный и текущий ремонт жилфонда, объектов социального назначения, благоустройство горпоселка Освея. Николай Шерстнёв ориентирует менеджера в  обязательном порядке дополнить список задач реконструкцией старых и возведением новых животноводческих помещений хозспособом. Это позволит в разы удешевить стоимость работ и существенно сократить сроки ввода в эксплуатацию. Риторика главы области такова: на этих объектах можно достигать высоких производственных результатов наравне с аналогами, выполненных из дорогостоящих конструкций. Данную концепцию, в основе которой осовременивание отрасли и получение за короткое время необходимого объема производства сельхозпродукции, председатель облисполкома поручил спроецировать во всех районах области и обозначил дедлайн — 1 год.

In particular, the head of the "Druysky" farm Alexander Belyun and his curator - the first deputy chairman of the Braslav district executive committee Nikolai Baranovsky have been given an order for effective progress on the production track: to develop a powerful management strategy in all areas, to introduce modern management methods, in order to ultimately increase the economic status of the enterprise. And this approach has been instructed to be applied to all agricultural organizations in the district.

As an example, the head of the region cites "Mayak-Ushchsky". Stability and order have taken root here thanks to the head Anton Anetko, who has formed a strong team of specialists. Their activities are supported by a constant increase in the pace of agricultural production, and in some areas, they even show a twofold growth. It is no secret that any work becomes high-quality when it is stimulated accordingly. Therefore, Nikolai Sherstnev once again returns to the topic of increasing labor productivity through the application of existing material incentive measures in the region. And this is one of the postulates cultivated in the region: increasing the retention of personnel and the prestige of the professions of rural workers who invest all their strength and soul in their work.
