A clear concept for the development of a system for working with secondary raw materials, in particular for the collection of worn-out tires and rubber, has been assigned to Alexey Buevich. When ending up in unauthorized landfills or remaining in garages and at the backyards of organizations, old tires become a source of environmental pollution. However, with the modern level of technology and minimal thriftiness, this is not waste, but a resource for the economy. Oleg Matskevich announced an upcoming business trip to OJSC "Vitebskobleresursy" to study the situation at the enterprise in detail.
