Personnel Day: New Chief Architect of the Region, General Director of Vitebskdrev OJSC, First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee
Yuri Doylin has been appointed General Director of OJSC "Vitebskdrev". "Vitebskdrev" is a native enterprise for him; Yuri Vladimirovich began his career here from the machine tool, worked for a long time as the head of the procurement department, and since 2012 has been the Deputy General Director. For Nikolai Sherstnev, it is important that the new leader has a complete understanding and confidence that the tasks set for the woodworking enterprise will be solved. The plant must be loaded at 100%, increase the output of fiberboard and MDF, and increase the production of lumber, which is mainly supplied for export. But in order to increase the price of products and have a greater benefit, it is necessary to obtain a special EPAL brand - a phytosanitary stamp, the application of which indicates that no mistakes were made during production and the pallet meets all standards and requirements.
- If there is a product, there will be a buyer, - reminds the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee of the folk wisdom. - It is necessary to direct all efforts to the sale of products - there is no other way.
Andrei Beybulatov, formerly the director of LLC "VitebskAvtoCity", became the director of the Vitebsk Regional Enterprise of Auto Service and Trade. He will have to start by bringing order to the areas and improving economic indicators. Nikolai Sherstnev drew attention to the low labor productivity, low revenue per employee, and low profitability. We need to fight for the service market, offer new types, outpacing competitors.
Yuri Vyzhikovsky was introduced as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Regional Executive Committee - Chief Architect of the region. He worked for 10 years at the Vitebskgrazhdanproekt Institute, and for the last two and a half years headed the architectural and planning workshop. According to the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, VladimirBelous, his experience will be in demand in his new job. The chief architect, in essence, leaves his fingerprints on many construction sites in the region, and his professional opinion is important for the development of the region's construction industry.
The agro-industrial complex will have to reorganize its work under the leadership of the first deputy chairman – head of the department of agriculture and food of the Verkhnedvinsk district executive committee, Vasily Shilov. He succeeded Vladimir Bykov in this post (appointed chairman of the Rossony district executive committee). It is noteworthy that Shilov, like Bykov before him, was the director of OJSC "Nurovo" (one of the best farms in the district). Nikolai Sherstnev demanded that the new head change the approaches of the district agronomic service; crop production per hectare of agricultural land must be doubled, an appropriate feed base for livestock must be created, and livestock weight gain must be increased.
- Agriculture requires only modern approaches, - says Nikolai Nikolaevich. – Technologies from twenty years ago cannot be used. If you want to keep pace with the times, implement the latest developments. Farm directors have been given full freedom to do so.
The topic of increasing field productivity was continued with the appointment of directors of Postavy Rayagorservice (director Dmitry Yanukovich) and the breeding enterprise "Ozertsy" of the Gluboksky district (director Sergey Mushkat). One of the factors that should contribute to this is the correct selection of equipment for soil cultivation. The chairman of the committee for agriculture and food of the regional executive committee, Ivan Fedorov, has been instructed to take personal control of the issues of technical equipment for small farms like OJSC "Postavsky Rayagorservice".
The "Zhviranka" farm in the Sharkovshchinsky district (director Pyotr Ananko) also has its own specifics. It is necessary to process large volumes of loamy areas in a timely, fast, and high-quality manner. Sowing in the district is taking place under extreme conditions; there are not enough people and equipment to meet the deadlines. The regional leadership believes that in the district, and in this farm in particular, it is necessary to take
specific solutions for optimizing production and sales costs, to implement modern technologies to work in any weather conditions effectively. As reported by Petr Ananko, to strengthen the feed base, the farm is transitioning to the establishment of long-term pastures.Svetlana DEDINKINA, chief specialist of the main department of ideological work, culture and youth affairs of the regional executive committee.
