Personnel Day: Oleg Matskevich approved the appointments of heads of organizations in the Verkhnedvinsk region

Personnel decisions in the regional executive committee are made regularly, as constant renewal is only beneficial for the region's management corps: it brings new ideas and modern approaches to work. Therefore, the selection of candidates for leadership positions is approached in detail: the overall result depends on each individual.

The list of invitees for the personnel day, held by the First Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Oleg Matskevich, included not only applicants for new positions and directors whose contract renewals were approved, but also heads of district executive committees and organizations overseeing relevant sectors. Oleg Sergeevich inquired about the state of affairs in each entrusted area and their vision for development prospects. This format is justified – it encourages the search for reserves to ultimately improve the organization of work and economic efficiency.

The vacancy for the Director of the Verkhnedvinsk State District Unitary Production Enterprise of Housing and Communal Services has now been filled. Vladimir Krishtalevich has been approved for this position. The head knows that the organization has many concerns, both planned and unforeseen, at any time of the year. Therefore, he considers the rule justified: the quality and completeness of life support for the district's population with communal services, as well as the safe operation of all technical systems and equipment, depend on the clarity and coordination of work. At the same time, the manager is tasked with ensuring the fulfillment of all key parameters, including the commissioning of housing stock after major repairs. Work must also be done to reduce costs.

The vector of discussed topics shifted towards the agro-industrial complex. Leonid Mandrik and Vladimir Fesin, approved for the positions of heads of the farms "Drissensky" and "Nurovo" in the Verkhnedvinsk district, are being oriented to seriously focus on forming a strong feed base for livestock. High-quality fodder and a rich green conveyor are one of the guarantees of high milk yields. Before milking a lot and earning well from milk, conditions must be created. Special attention

to focus on the competent staffing of livestock facilities with highly productive livestock, animal husbandry, and adherence to all technological criteria at each stage.

To bring rhythm to the work, the following heads of agricultural enterprises are to be involved: "Turkovo" of Mior District, Ivan Yurashek; "Experimental Base "Vetrinckaya" of Polotsk District, Sergey Mazinsky; "Proshkovo" branch of Glubokskoye District, Andrey Yatsyna; "Ilyuninsky" of Ushachi District, Sergey Khalimonenko; "Mior Rayagorservice" of Ivan Sushko; "Vitebsk Rayagorservice" of Abdunasir Yakhyaev, whose contract extensions have been agreed upon. Managers are given a breakdown: their enterprises must learn to achieve high performance by maximizing the use of internal reserves for increasing production and service volumes and reducing costs. Then agricultural production will be profitable. One of the main "components" that form the profitability indicator are discipline and responsibility. Continuing the topic, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Boris Efremov recommends that the heads of agricultural enterprises of the Polotsk agro-industrial association study the experience of successful operation of the "Klyastitsy-Agro" farm in Rossony District and project new approaches to their production sites.

The tasks for managers are outlined, and all the powers for their implementation are available. Now the main thing is to support their readiness to change the entrusted direction of work towards efficiency with concrete actions. Unjustified experiments, let alone mistakes and blunders, are unacceptable.
