Personnel Day: Appointment of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Regional Executive Committee and heads of organizations has been approved

Betting on the development of the region's construction sector, Sergei Shmatov, who previously headed the "Luchesa" tourist and hotel complex, has been approved for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Regional Executive Committee. The requirements of the present day are to pull this segment of the economy out of the clutches of old stereotypes. After all, results are just the tip of the iceberg. The basis here is formed by cost reduction, export of services, and participation in tenders. If all work is done with a mark of quality, then industry organizations will take off, becoming more in-demand and competitive.

The formula for energy: fulfilling energy saving tasks plus persistence in actions has been developed for the new head of the regional department for supervision of the rational use of fuel and energy resources of the Department for Energy Efficiency of Gosstandart, Vadim Seleznev. The front of work entrusted to the manager is not new – more than 20 years ago, his life path led him to this organization. The head understands that the efficient use of energy resources is one of the main principles of the functioning of any enterprise and human life. Therefore, he intends to strengthen the fight against the formalism of managers who, ignoring the requirements of the legislation, irrationally spend thermal and electrical energy. However, this work, according to Nikolai Sherstnev, should not be limited solely to monitoring and punishing violators. A deeper dive into the topic is needed: to lay out the algorithm of actions for reducing the energy intensity of products for each supervised organization.

The new director, Sergei Rakov, will have to search for reserves for the economic development of JSC "Blaslavsky Peat Briquette Plant", taking into account the tasks of improving the quality and competitiveness of the product. The modernization of the enterprise's production zone has been underway for several years.

After the launch of new capacities, according to preliminary forecasts, the production volumes of peat briquettes will increase by a third. By the way, the Baltic vector predominates in the structure of foreign supplies. The manager admits that it is not easy to compete in the foreign market under current conditions, particularly with Scandinavian monopolists. The Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee calls on the new head to more actively integrate into other international production and sales chains. And for this, it is important to use the latest developments in production technologies, reduce cost mechanisms, and comprehensively calculate economic moves in advance.

The approval of Roman Khimenkov for the position of Director of the "Strynadki" farm in the Glubokoye district will entail a change of residence. It will not be easy for the young manager. After all, in the northern region, unlike the Gomel region, which he is a native of, the natural and climatic conditions are least favorable for agriculture: average temperatures are lower than in the country as a whole, as is the soil quality score. Add to this the small contour of the fields. This does not scare the director. He is ready to engage in effective management in the new conditions. After familiarizing himself with the state of affairs in the organization, Roman Khimenkov will begin his work by tightening control over production and executive discipline.

Vladimir Mironovsky will assume his duties as Director of the BSTU branch of the Polotsk State Forestry College. The head notes that the college constantly keeps its finger on the pulse of the region's economy and promptly responds to the demands of the labor market. In this regard, there is a hundred percent enrollment and distribution.

The issue of the training level of young specialists for production was raised by Oleg Shimchenko, Director of OJSC "Vitebsk Tractor Spare Parts Plant", who underwent the contract approval procedure. The realities of the enterprise are such that manual labor is being replaced by computer technologies. Основным потребителем продукции витебского предприятия является Минский тракторный завод — туда отгружается свыше 60 % выпускаемой продукции. Экспорт в объеме производства составляет около 30 %. Запчасти поставляются в те страны, где работает белорусская тракторная техника. Самый массовый потребитель за рубежом — Россия.

Продление контракта также согласовано директору УП ЖКХ Миорского района Владимиру Метелице. Оценивая положение дел на предприятии, заместитель председателя облисполкома Владимир Белоус обратил внимание на отставание в выполнении некоторых показателей, в частности сбора вторичных ресурсов. Одно из решений кроется в мотивации населения. В республике точечно начала приживаться практика, когда коммунальники принимают вторсырье в счет оплаты коммунальных услуг. Почему бы этот опыт не перенять Витебщине? Николай Шерстнёв поручил соответствующим структурам проецировать такую инновацию в районы, выражая уверенность в результативности механизма, что в первую очередь отразиться на положительной рентабельности предприятия.

Еще год назад, назначая Дениса Душанкована должность директора ОАО «Нурово» Верхнедвинского района, Николай Николаевич обратил внимание на необходимость пересмотра на предприятии подходов в севообороте.
