Personnel Day: The appointment of the Deputy Chairman of the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee, the agricultural enterprise "Novye Goryany" has been approved.

By discussing the current state of affairs and problematic issues, accents were placed on the work of managers at a personnel day held by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev.

The list of invitees included not only candidates for management positions and directors whose contract renewals were approved, but also chairmen of city and district executive committees, their deputies for specific areas of activity, and heads of organizations. It was to them that the head of the region addressed his opening remarks for the personnel day. This was driven by the need for a more thorough selection of candidates for management positions. Nikolai Sherstnev particularly emphasized that the development of individual industries and enterprises depends on the professionalism of personnel. Therefore, today, not passive managers are needed, but proactive and responsible ones, capable of improving their assigned areas of work. However, in practice, this is not always the case. This applies to the agro-industrial complex to a greater extent.

– If we approve an appointment to a new position, there should be visible changes. In reality, the decisions made by managers subsequently have no effect, and sometimes cause harm. Yet, these people are nominated by the district. The signatures of the chairmen of district executive committees on the relevant applications mean one thing: they vouch for the nominated candidates. Therefore, we need to find those who are ready to work in modern realities. Yes, it is not easy, but there is no other way, – noted Nikolai Sherstnev.

A new chapter in the work biography begins for Leonid Murashko, the chief veterinarian of the agricultural enterprise "Novye Goryany" in the Polotsk district, who has been approved for the position of director. He has 18 years of experience working in this farm. The agromanager is being tasked with finding mechanisms for the sustainable development of the agricultural organization and, in unison with this, adopting a clear and well-thought-out strategy. Certain steps in this direction are already emerging. For example, to address the problem of livestock overcrowding, construction of a calf barn will commence in the near future.

There are also growth points in the agricultural sector of Dubrovensky district. The curator of the sector, the First Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Alexander

Korneyev, whose contract extension has been approved, is urged to establish systematic work. Analyzing the tables of production indicators, the head of the region criticized the work of individual farms that allowed a decrease in cow productivity precisely during the grazing period – at the very time considered the period of "big" milk. To achieve a stable increase, emphasis must be placed on a high-quality feed base. This, along with decent livestock housing conditions, will positively affect the increase in product output. Then, the workshops of processing enterprises will operate at full capacity.

Continuous improvement of breeding work is an indicator for the Vitebsk Breeding Enterprise headed by Fizuli Gasanov, who has undergone the contract extension approval procedure. He has been instructed to seriously focus on organizing herd reproduction in all farms of the region and to bring order to the work of district breeding stations.

Efficient and profitable work should be a priority for the head of the agricultural enterprise "PolitotdelAgro" of the Beshenkovichi district, Alexander Komovich, whose contract extension has been approved. The same postulate is addressed to Alexander Ivanitsky, invited for an interview upon appointment to the position of director of the "Selection and Hybrid Center "Zadneprovsky" of the Orsha district. He is not new to the agro-industrial complex – for the last two years he worked in a similar organization in the Gomel region. His focus is to organize all agricultural processes at a high level, as the actual economic indicators are below the possible ones. Nikolai Sherstnev is confident that it is realistic to achieve a grain yield of 100 centners per hectare on the lands of "Zadneprovsky". In general, in terms of crop production, the main breadbasket of the region – the Orsha district – can achieve a gross grain harvest of 200 thousand tons. With an increase in the culture of farming, the agricultural organization "Smolyany" headed by Oleg Kostyukov, whose contract extension has been approved, can make a certain contribution to this.

В ранге заместителя председателя Новополоцкого горисполкома ему доверено курировать вопросы строительства и ЖКХ. На прежней должности директора городского УКСа зарекомендовал себя с лучшей стороны. По крайней мере, об этом свидетельствуют цифры в таблице основных показателей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности: по многим параметрам обеспечен рост в геометрической прогрессии. Такой подход настроен спроецировать на новом участке работы.

– Нужно сделать все, чтобы местным жителям и приезжим гостям было комфортно в Новополоцке. А это оценивается по ухоженным и чистым улицам, опрятным видам домов и объектов инфраструктуры. Достойно и аккуратно должны выглядеть остановочные пункты, скамейки, урны, ограждения, которые, к слову, стоит заменить на изделия из нержавейки, – напутствовал менеджера Николай Шерстнёв.

Правила комфортной жизни населения Лиозненского района возведены в приоритет заместителем председателя райисполкома по вопросам строительства и ЖКХ Игорем Зайцевым, которому согласовано продление контракта. Управленца призывают не ограничиваться лишь выполнением доведенных показателей по курируемым направлениям. Нужно настроить систему в сегменте возведения объектов сельхозназначения, перепрофилирования и реконструкции старых. При таком раскладе можно оживить агропромышленный сектор района.

Через такую же «кадровую» процедуру прошел и директор предприятия «Бешенковичи коммунальник» Игорь Сливец, работе которого дана положительная оценка, что подкреплено стабильными экономическими результатами.

Нынешний пул назначений и согласований продлений контрактов, исходя из должностей и круга обязанностей, получился весьма солидным – таким же, как и блок задач, которые глава области по пунктам
