The First Secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" public association, Viktor Glushin, has been approved for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee for Social Affairs. The interaction should be effective so that citizens have no complaints about the authorities' activities.
