Personnel Day: Appointments of the Chief Physician of the Vitebsk Regional Diagnostic Center, heads of "Dubrovno-Kommunalnik", "Polimir-agro" have been approved

The pool of heads of key organizations in the Vitebsk region has been updated. Analysis of their economy, which accompanied the personnel decisions made by the chairman of the regional executive committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, shows that the region continues its course towards strengthening the corps of directors, betting on those capable of quickly ensuring positive changes in work.

The head of the region always strives to personally ensure that the manager is in control of their assigned area of work and sees new approaches to management. It is not the first time that Nikolai Nikolaevich has called on appointees not to be afraid to implement new ideas – sensible initiatives are always welcome. And healthy ambition plus strategy is the peer of efficiency.

At the same time, the chairman of the regional executive committee clearly outlines the priority tasks facing the managers. And it is the economy that Nikolai Sherstnev calls the primary issue on the agenda of all top managers. Among them is Svetlana Gromova, approved for the position of chief physician of the Vitebsk Regional Diagnostic Center. She has 30 years of experience in the field, and for the last 6 years, she worked as the deputy chief physician of this institution. The applied portfolio of assignments includes building systematic work within the team and increasing the export of services. Honesty and a thrifty approach in everything should be another key paragraph in her work biography.

To gain speed on the track of housing and communal services development is a message for Oleg Kiryanov, approved for the position of director of "Dubrovno-Kommunalnik", who previously worked as the head of the production site of the enterprise. He understands that this organization is a marker of the district's performance.

— Dubrovenchina is the gateway to our republic from the Russian side. Here, guests get their first impression of Belarus, of the Vitebsk region, so all infrastructure falling under the enterprise's area of responsibility must be at a high level, — Nikolai Sherstnev urged.

To make a qualitatively new leap in the agro-industrial complex segment is a task for Evgeny Antonenkov, invited for an interview for the appointment as head of the "Polimir-agro" enterprise.

— Every hectare must work for the economy. Therefore, all actions must be assessed in terms of maximum benefit to ultimately ensure guaranteed profit, — noted Nikolay Nikolayevich, setting the course for effective work.

It won't be easy. The summer drought and soil moisture deficit have presented real challenges. One can lose count of how many times bad weather has been blamed for under-delivery of agricultural products. Of course, the region has been experiencing temperature fluctuations for years. But despite this, adherence to technologies must be paramount, reminds the chairman of the regional executive committee. As an example, the head of the region cites a number of successful enterprises where all regulations are followed, and with identical climatic conditions, profitability reaches 30 percent.

A separate item on the agenda is the approval of contract extensions for the heads of OJSC "Zavod "Legmash" of Orsha district Sergey Kolos, OJSC "Izmeritel" Vitaly Smargunov, OJSC "Torfoobriketny Zavod Braslavsky" Sergey Rakov.

The confident progress of the "Legmash" plant team, led by Sergey Kolos, and the ability to optimally build production tactics are determined by the director's personality. Plus, an economic approach to business, without which efficiency cannot be achieved. Thanks to this approach, the organization works stably, states the chairman of the regional executive committee's economics committee, Anzhelika Nikitina. At the same time, due to significant accounts receivable, the plant is struggling. As a result, working capital is insufficient, leading to non-payments. The head of the region has instructed the relevant services to thoroughly investigate the situation.

"Izmeritel," which produces complex electronics, including for automotive and tractor equipment, also has its own confident style. Vitaly Smargunov competently sets priorities on the organization's development map, allowing for a well-structured pyramid of production and economic indicators. The enterprise is successfully working on expanding cooperative ties. Among its main customers are the Minsk and St. Petersburg tractor plants.

Sergey Rakov is tasked with finding reserves for economic development at JSC "Blaslavsky Peat Briquette Plant", taking into account the objectives of improving product quality and competitiveness. The Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee instructed the new head to incorporate additional types of activities when drafting the business plan, carefully weighing them on the scales of the economy.

The essence of the requirements, which were voiced for the managers, is relevant for everyone – discipline and order. These two maxims are a kind of driver for building effective work.
