From now on, the activities of Igor Moroz, approved for the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee, will be a kind of metronome that should set the rhythm for the entire agricultural sector of the district. The manager does not hide: his strong suit is the livestock industry, with which his entire work biography is connected. For the last two years, he managed the "Ivansky-Agro" farm in the Chashniksky district. Oleg Matskevich reminds: work efficiency is determined by key performance indicators. Therefore, on the agenda for the manager, in addition to livestock, is another crucial segment – crop production, based on the results of which the level of management of agricultural enterprises is judged.

To revive OAO Plant "Vizas" and restore its former glory is a task for Sergey Boyashov, approved for the position of director. Having started working at the enterprise more than 30 years ago, he underwent serious "running-in" in various areas. Even in Soviet times, the organization was one of the largest, employing thousands. True, now it is of different scales with a staff of a couple of hundred people. Today, the regional leadership places great hopes on the only CIS manufacturer of machines for the production and sharpening of cutting tools. Increasing production volumes and export supplies are tactical steps that allow for net profit. And another of the priority strokes outlined for Sergey Boyashov is to keep pace with modern trends in industry.

The development line of the housing and communal services sector, which is an indicator of people's mood and affects the image of the district, is similar to this. Igor Voytov, approved for the position of Director of UP ZhKH of the Miory District, bears a huge responsibility for a high culture of service and the quality of services provided, as well as their expansion.

According to the Chairman of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee, Mikhail Pridibaylo, milk is a stable source of income throughout the year. It is important not only to produce more milk but also to improve the quality characteristics of the products. Everything is concentrated in milk yield: work with the herd, a strong feed base, and advanced technologies. After all, the main goal of dairy cattle breeding is to achieve maximum productivity with minimal labor and material costs.Agro-managers are reminded: a business plan, which programs the organization's development model, should be the bedside reading for every leader, and the implementation of its points should be "worshipped." It all starts with personal responsibility and self-discipline: if duties are approached carelessly, neither a super-productive herd, nor new farms, nor high-quality feed will help achieve high results.
