Personnel Day: Appointments of the First Deputy Chairman of the Tolochin District Executive Committee and the Director of the Polotsk KhKP have been approved

Tactical steps to improve the efficiency of the agro-industrial sector have been identified by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, for the new and current pool of regional leaders.

From now on, Oleg Danchenko has a new step in his career – he has been approved for the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Tolochin District Executive Committee. He has been entrusted with overseeing the agro-industrial complex. He has experience – his entire working biography is connected with this industry. To give a new impetus to the economy of the agricultural enterprises of the Tolochin district is among the top assignments from the head of the region. The manager has been given a carte blanche: to form a strong team within the entrusted direction and to tighten control over production and executive discipline. Then the indicators will go up.

Increasing the production volumes of agricultural products is a task for his Orsha colleague – Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee Andrei Konstantinov, whose contract has been approved for extension. The manager is urged to involve fallow and arable land into agricultural circulation. Including through this, the main granary of the region can achieve a gross grain harvest of 200-250 thousand tons, Nikolai Sherstnev points out. The foundation for future harvests is being laid today. The emphasis is on increasing the winter acreage of grain and cruciferous crops. The importance of this direction can hardly be overestimated: the advantage of winter crops over spring crops is starkly evident under unfavorable external influences. The natural and climatic features of the region do not allow for agronomy to be carried out differently. An increase in gross output must also be ensured in livestock farming. And without the reconstruction of existing and the construction of new premises for cattle, this cannot be achieved. Milk has been and remains a strategic product for the well-being of agricultural organizations. Therefore, the process of its production should not just be set up, but polished to the smallest detail. High milk yields and weight gains are precisely what a professional approach to genetic selection, adherence to the technology of keeping and feeding livestock should lead to.

On the formation of proper feed

Есть своя стратегия у Миорского мясокомбината. Под руководством Ивана Сушко, которому согласовано продление контракта, организация поступательно увеличивает объемы производства продукции. Менеджер понимает: когда рынки сбыта диктуют новые условия, необходимо проявлять гибкость и лавировать, чтобы не упустить выгоду. Поэтому нарастили свой внешнеэкономический потенциал, совершенствовали маркетинговые подходы. Как результат – существенный рывок вперед по экспортным поставкам, в том числе на Китай. Но вместе с тем Николай Шерстнёв обозначил главную отметку на карте развития мясокомбината — выпуск того объема продукции, который позволит полностью загрузить собственные производственные мощности. Один из шагов в этом направлении – организовать работу мясокомбината совместно с убойной площадкой Полоцкого КХП.

Увеличение объемов посевных площадей льна и производства продукции для максимальной загрузки Оршанского льнокомбината — поручение  Ореховскому льнозаводу во главе с Павлом Кижло, которому согласовано продление контракта. Глава области акцентировал внимание на необходимость повышения культуры земледелия, что в конечном итоге влияет на урожайность и качество льнотресты. Ореховский льнозавод должен стать флагманом в стране – таков наказ от главы области.

Переворачивая эту кадровую страницу, Николай Шерстнёв ориентирует управленцев взяться за дело с утроенной силой и энергией. Для укрепления позиций в аграрной экономике все тщательно взвешивать, анализировать, сравнивать. И идти даже не в ногу со временем, а с опережением. Тогда успех гарантирован.
