Personnel Day: Appointments of the Deputy Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee, heads of agricultural and housing and communal services organizations have been approved

First Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Oleg Matskevich held a personnel day, during which candidacies for four leadership positions in the districts were approved, proposals for extending contracts were considered, and clear tasks were set for the development of specific areas of the region's socio-economic development. The emphasis in the dialogue with the leaders was placed on solving issues that determine the positive dynamics of production and economic indicators. And ultimately, the success of the initiated undertaking.

Tatyana Konstantinovа, Head of the Economics Department of the District Executive Committee, has been approved for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee. Tatyana Nikolaevna's career includes work as an economist and chief accountant in the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of the District Executive Committee. Oleg Matskevich asked one main question: how to move the district with high potential from the outsiders to the leading positions? What needs to be done? The answer is obvious – to provide industrial enterprises with raw materials, i.e., meat and milk, as the basis of Glubokoye's industry is the processing of agricultural products. And if the village cannot cope, if milk yields and livestock gains are declining, then the drowning man saves himself. Why not purchase raw materials for the stable operation of the meat processing plant and dairy enterprise throughout the country, what is called aggressive market policy? Stopping the decline in production indicators and restarting the district's economy is a difficult task for the district authorities. But it must be solved.

Yuri Vysotsky has been approved as the Director of UP ZhKH Vitebsk District "Vitraykomkhoz". His experience in public utilities spans two decades; in recent years, he worked as the chief engineer and deputy manager of the enterprise "ZhRET of Vitebsk". Oleg Matskevich demanded that clear and honest work with people be established.

Zadora is appointed director of JSC "Studenka". The farm needs a good manager who can organize the production process. Everything is available for this. The young manager plans to focus on feed production. Solving the feed problem will help increase livestock production and the number of cattle. The regional agricultural department hopes that the new farm manager will justify their trust. As, by the way, will Alexander Gribanov, who will head the state farm named after Masherov of JSC "Vitebsk Meat Packing Plant".

- This enterprise used to be a flagship in the region, - noted Oleg Matskevich. – You are tasked with restoring the former glory of the state farm, which bears the name of a famous countryman. So that there is no shame!

The first results will be shown by the progress of the sowing campaign. Therefore, the readiness of equipment for spring sowing is the number one issue for the director.

To approve the contract extension, the director of the agricultural enterprise "Zarodinu" JSC "Gluboksky Feed Mill" Tadeusz Zenovich has been nominated. The farm's milk yield per cow has decreased. The manager explains the reason – a shortage of milk due to the connection of an old farm that needed to be put into operation. Already in the first quarter, the situation will improve and the results will get better.

A similar situation, where livestock production results are not pleasing, is at the enterprise "Lepelskoe", which has been managed by Roman Misnik for six years. The farm has undergone reorganization, and a livestock complex has been added. Now the task is to increase herd productivity to achieve break-even operation.

But here is a vivid example of effective management. Romuald Shukel has been heading the agricultural cooperative "Mayak Braslavsky" for 30 years. The enterprise is among the best in the industry. Therefore, there were no questions for Romuald Ivanovich at the personnel meeting – only words of gratitude for his work. The concise, but so expressive word "thank you" is a testament to the deep respect for a person who, despite external circumstances, has been able to consistently achieve decent results.

The contract has been extended for the director of JSC "Zavod "Evistor" Tofik Eyvazov. The plant operates efficiently, a formed

order portfolio, salary is paid regularly, taxes. One of the tasks is the rejuvenation of the workforce. Currently, 200 people work at the enterprise, many have already reached retirement age. Therefore, it is important to prepare a worthy replacement.

A clear system must be established in the work of the manager, an understanding of the priority of tasks, so that each day is lived with benefit.
