Personnel Day: Three candidates approved for deputy chair positions in two city and one district executive committees

At the personnel meeting held last Monday at the regional executive committee, three candidates for the positions of deputy chairmen of two city and one district executive committees were approved.

The new Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee, Sergey Soglasayev, will be responsible for housing and communal services and construction. This area is familiar to him: previously, Soglasayev headed the department of housing and communal services and landscaping of the administration of the Oktyabrsky district of Vitebsk for five years, and worked as the head of the city executive committee department for a year and a half. He believes that optimization in the housing and communal services system has allowed for modernization of production, reduction of costs, and increase in wages for employees, while at the same time, the changes have not affected the quality of public utilities. The number of houses commissioned after major repairs is growing year by year: if in 2012 there were 25 such houses in Vitebsk, then in 2016 - 36 houses. Last year alone, courtyards of houses on Gorovtsa, Lenina, B. Khmelnitsky, Zhestkova streets, and Chernyakhovsky Avenue were comprehensively improved in the regional center. At the same time, it is precisely communal problems that prompt citizens to turn to various state authorities for problem-solving. This is also evidenced by the work of Saturday direct telephone lines in the executive committees.

S.N. Soglasayev has been tasked with organizing systematic work on the repair and improvement of roads and territories in private housing areas on the outskirts of Vitebsk, and resolving issues related to the proper cleaning of courtyards in multi-story housing areas. There are reserves for solving housing and communal services problems. The construction sector also requires a special approach from the authorities. The new deputy chairman will have to thoroughly delve into this area, find opportunities for employment of people with construction specialties, including the employment of graduates of construction colleges.

The important task of optimizing citizen employment will also need to be addressed in the near future by the new Deputy Chairman of the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee, Andrey Odinokhin, who will oversee the social sphere of the petrochemical city.

Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Vladimir Penin was interested in how the optimization of the school education network in Novopolotsk would proceed and what prospects the football club "Naftan" has. It is not planned to close institutions, but it is necessary to analyze class enrollment. There is a proposal to develop choreographic or, for example, vocal specialization in some classes. The new head also has optimistic forecasts regarding the football club. It is a self-supporting enterprise, which means the club needs to learn to earn money.

Vitaly Dolzhenko has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Braslav District Executive Committee for Economic Affairs. The young manager's resume includes three years of work as director of the Braslav branch of OJSC "Gluboksky Dairy and Canned Food Plant" and six months of work as first deputy general director of the same OJSC. Today, the agrarian sector plays the leading role in the region's economy. However, according to the chairman of the economic committee of the regional executive committee, Anzhelika Nikitina, the new deputy chairman needs to more actively attract foreign direct investment, open new processing enterprises in the district, and create jobs. Local authorities also need to work on improving the tourist infrastructure of the lake region. Income from tourism should replenish the local budget.

Contracts have been extended for the directors of the farms "Braslav Rayagropromservice", "Vidzovsky", "Rydomlsky" - Alexander Smolnik, Yuri Tridensky, Vasily Khadnevich. In the year of managing Braslav Rayagropromservice, A. Smolnik managed to stabilize the situation in the team and restore equipment. A thrifty approach and resource saving allow the manager to work for the future. All enterprises have already started spring field work. A spring day feeds the year.
