Personnel day with the chairman of the regional executive committee: the enterprise must develop stably, and work efficiency must increase

The peculiarity of this personnel day was that all leadership candidacies were submitted solely for contract extensions; there were no new appointments. Some had worked for a year, others for six years in their positions, but the approach to all was the same: the enterprise must develop stably, and work efficiency must increase. The Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, constantly emphasizes the key points: if production volumes increase, the wages of employees will grow; behind every leader stands a team, and it is they who are responsible for the development of the situation; it is important that the economy does not stand still.

Andrei Yarotsky has headed Amkodor-KEZ OJSC in the Tolochin district for two years. The young director confidently reports on the work done and is full of new ideas. But Nikolai Sherstnev is interested in the forecast: what will be the results by the end of 2017? They planned to produce 1050 mowers, but this is very little. Meanwhile, agriculture is in dire need of such units, and what is especially important for the plant is to reach a new qualitative level.

Low revenue per employee is also observed at Novopolotsklift OJSC. But Vladimir Belous, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, who oversees the industry, is confident that the director is in his place.

- This enterprise is mainly engaged in elevator maintenance, - says Vladimir Belous. - Installing new ones is still infrequent due to economic reasons, although it is obvious that the elevator infrastructure is aging and wearing out. I think Director (Dmitry Shevchuk) will pull the enterprise through, and there will be development.

When extending the contract of Dmitry Mikhalevich, General Director of Orsha Construction Trust No. 18, the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee inquired about the progress of the reconstruction of the therapeutic корпус of the Orsha City Hospital named after Semashko.

- This facility must be commissioned by the end of the year, - emphasized Nikolai Nikolaevich.

The issue of the commissioning deadlines for a residential building in Orsha and the problem of untimely completion by equity holders were raised. The General Director was informed that

The task is to reduce the cost of providing communal services. There are reserves for this.

A thorough conversation took place with the heads of agricultural organizations. For one year, OAO "AgroBorovinka" of the Shumilinsky district, Vladimir Orlov, has been in charge. So far, the manager has not managed to radically change the situation and achieve an increase in quality indicators. Nikolai Sherstnev sees serious shortcomings in the organization of work in animal husbandry and instructsthe chairman of the committee for agriculture and food, Ivan Fedorov, to send a group of specialists from the committee to resolve organizational issues to increase productivity in this farm.

For six years, KUSP "Dunilovichi-AGRO" of the Postavsky district, Pavel Budich, has been in the position of manager. Year after year, the production and economic indicators in the farm are declining, and no measures are being taken to increase the cattle population. Due to the lack of positive results in his work, the chairman of the regional executive committee decided to postpone the extension of the contract with Budich P.B.

The activities of the branch "Selection and Hybrid Center "Zadneprovsky" of the Orshansky district (director A.V. Chizhik) also remain under close control. Here, too, there is no growth in quality indicators, and the weight gain of pigs and cattle remains low.

2017 will be decisive for many managers. The head of the region is convinced that there are no unsolvable problems. Lost time affects the quality of life of every employee in the team. The manager bears personal responsibility for the stability and economic development of the enterprise entrusted to him. Therefore

today it is very important to find optimal solutions for sustainable progress.
