Personnel day with the chairman: three new appointments approved

Leaders of various structures of different fields of activity are invited to the personnel day by the chairman of the regional executive committee, but Nikolai Sherstnev has the same requirement for everyone: if you are a leader, set an example in everything, be able to interest colleagues with your ideas and calculations, make them believe you and follow you. Three new appointments were approved by the chairman this week. Elena Sharai, Deputy Head of the Administration of the Zheleznodorozhny District of Vitebsk, will oversee the social sphere of the district. Previously, she headed the social protection department of the same administration for almost seven years.

Nikolai Sherstnev outlined the main priorities of the social sphere: the development of education and healthcare. The Rubas settlement is part of the district, and the settlement's infrastructure requires significant capital investment. How to find funds? Budgetary organizations have only one way – by reducing costs. The social sphere is a mirror of the quality of our life; people judge the activities of the authorities by it. Therefore, more dynamism needs to be given to solving pressing issues in medical and educational institutions, and what concerns people is under the close control of the authorities.

Chief physician of the healthcare institution "Regional Children's Rehabilitation and Health Center "Vetraz"

(Postavsky District) Sergey Petukhov (formerly chief physician of the Glubokoye Central District Hospital, headed the sanatorium-resort complex of CJSC "TreстPромстрой") has been appointed. This institution of additional education is located in the city center, and for children, it should be the most modern, attractive, and interesting.
