The leadership of the Vitebsk region congratulates Christians celebrating Christmas on December 25

Dear residents of our region!

We sincerely congratulate you on the Nativity of Christ!

The Christmas days, filled with extraordinary light, bring with them a special atmosphere. It elevates us above the everyday in joyful anticipation of a miracle.

The Gospel story, which happened more than two thousand years ago, continues to ignite millions of hearts around the world today. It inspires us to purity, kindness, directs our efforts to help our neighbors, and opens our souls to mercy and love.

In the Christian tradition, it is customary to celebrate this holiday among loved ones, in the family, by the hearth, feeling the unbreakable bonds of kinship. We are convinced that you will meet it in good spirits, in anticipation of the fulfillment of your desires, with faith and hope for the future.

May the Nativity of Christ unite us, help us create good and work for the prosperity of our Fatherland, and may peace and harmony reign in your homes!

We wish everyone strong health, peace of mind, and well-being!

Sincerely,

A.M. Subbotin, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee

D.U. Demidov, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies
